I am about to dig in to a small (yes, this is small and then there’s medium and large) plate of chilli crab (one of the most famous dishes in Singapore…) you dip the fried buns in the sauce and get all messy peeling the shell of the crab. There’s also some BBQ chicken wings which is dipped in this chilli, vinegar and lime sauce.
